Services Procedure
Helping your organisation achieve Goals!
A member of the Capala team will reach out to the client to schedule an initial consultation. During this call, the client will have the opportunity to discuss their needs and goals, and the Capala team will provide an overview of the services they offer and how they can help the client achieve their goals.
Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, Capala will prepare a detailed service proposal for the client. The proposal will outline the scope of the project, the services to be provided, the timeline for completion, and the associated costs.
Once the service proposal has been accepted, Capala will prepare a contract for the client to sign. Upon receipt of payment, the project will be considered officially underway.
The Capala team will schedule a kick-off meeting with the client to discuss the project in detail and ensure that everyone is on the same page. This is a great opportunity for the client to ask questions and provide additional input.
The Capala team will begin working on the project, keeping the client informed and updated as they proceed. This may include regular check-ins, status reports, and collaboration on key aspects of the project.
The subscription involves recurrent payments.
The yearly subscription allows using the product included in it during one year from the date of purchase. When the year ends, the charges are taken to continue the subscription automatically.
If you’re using a Lifetime plan, the charges will be taken only once, and you’ll be able to use the product from the subscription and receive all the updates without any additional payments or charges taken.

Capala will follow up with the client after the project has been delivered to ensure that they are satisfied with the results and to provide ongoing support as needed.
